In order to ensure strategic and operative regulatory affairs competence and capacity within the company, ContextVision has recruited Johanna Karling to the position as a Director Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance (QA). She will start from January 1st 2018 and will be a member of the Management Team.

Karling is a senior expert in Quality Assurance and global Regulatory Affairs-related issues. She has a long experience from developing Quality Management Systems and from strategic Regulatory Affairs within the Life Science industry.
Karling has a masters degree in chemical engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. She has the last 4 years practiced as freelance consultant for Lifescience companies and has previously held positions as a Director of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance within smaller medical technology companies. She has also experience from QA and Regulatory work at global companies like Pharmacia & Upjohn.
ContextVision has a long experience from developing solid products and from supplying Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers with robust and reliable software for the healthcare market. As we are making progress within digital pathology we are approaching the launch of products for sales directly onto the healthcare market.
We have continuously made improvements in our QA system and we are currently making preparations to meet the more extensive demands from regulatory authorities on our future, end-user products.
